Definitions
In these terms, "Century Cars Southall," "we," or "us" refer to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 To ensure timely arrival at your destination, you must allocate sufficient time for your journey, including airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Century Cars Southall is not liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle of appropriate size for your group and luggage. We do not guarantee the capacity to accommodate excessive luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 If wheelchair access is needed, please request it when making your booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Century Cars Southall provides a price quote based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote if there are significant changes to the originally stated itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we will make efforts to monitor flight delays and adjust our service accordingly, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Century Cars Southall of any discrepancies will absolve us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.
The Service
4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. If passengers' soil, damage, or negatively affect the vehicle, we may charge cleaning fees.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are not permitted to carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance regulations.
Cancellations
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Century Cars Southall, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation, after the vehicle has been dispatched, will incur a charge based on the driver's time and distance traveled up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 For bookings made through our online system, a cancellation fee may be applied if you cancel before the vehicle is dispatched.
Liability
6.1 While Century Cars Southall will make every effort to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Century Cars Southall be liable for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 If the vehicle breaks down during your journey with Century Cars Southall, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to help you reach your destination promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Century Cars Southall liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of anyone in your group.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable under applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Century Cars Southall may subcontract its obligations as specified in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Century Cars Southall may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Century Cars Southall and you.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits on third parties, and no third party can enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement is in place.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the date of pickup. Century Cars Southall is not obligated to consider claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
